Vaguely annoyed that not everyone is British and that I didn't get to hear Alan Rickman's voice as Marvin. But yes, cautiously optimistic would describe me as well. It looks... promising. I'm reserving judgement until I've actually seen the thing, though. Until then I'm just going to sit here and cuddle my well-worn copies of the books.

!! Rickman?! Okay, I'm just gonna be sitting over here in my corner and squeeing for the next ten minutes. I was all cranky when I heard they'd refused the idea of using the original Marvin's voice in the movie, but if there is one person in the world that could do Marvin aside from that original voice guy, it's so Alan Rickman. Wheeee~

(Uh, yeah. I'm a fangirl. I'm not quite sure when this happened, but it did. Tragic, innit? *sigh*)

Join the squeeing, my friend ;)

And if you're a fangirl, you MUST check out [livejournal.com profile] serpenantrix's "The Anthology of Teh Hands". Gives new meaning to the word "fangirl" in such a good way *grins*
