Green & Black's (http://www.greenandblacks.com/) is a US brand that sells in a lot of whole food places (my local health food store carries them) and Prestat (http://www.prestat.co.uk/) is not only from the UK, but if you type it in Yahoo for a search, it asks, "Did you mean PROSTATE?"
