I haven't heard him sing yet, but I was reading various things on the official movie site, and Joel Schumacher's like, "He's got no stage experience, but he was in a rock band, man!"

There we go! That's how Raoul beats the Phantom: he can bloody sing.

AHHH. It's like these people are making Opposite Phantom of the Opera.
