I remember this little e-mail grocery store thing. You'd order your groceries online, and they send them to you. I don't know if they do that out of Canada or not... but, http://www.grocerygateway.com/
They even send you a little magnetic grocery list that you can stick on your fridge and write on with little black markers! Or, they used to, anyway.
